Refund Policy

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Due to hygiene and sanitation standards, wigs must be completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, uncut, and free of any styling products or odors to qualify for a return.

Once a wig has been worn, washed, cut, colored, bleached, styled, or otherwise altered, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
