Wigs & Hair Products

Due to hygiene and sanitation standards, wigs and hair products must be completely unused and unworn to qualify for a return. Any wig that has been cut, colored, bleached, washed, styled, installed, or otherwise altered is not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue. We will review your claim and determine the appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping
